We crafted intricate virtual environments in Unreal Engine for the Fly Card / EL-AL commercial and provided on-set Virtual Production supervision for the LED wall live action shoot.

We built fully 3D digital scenes optimized for virtual production needs - starting with a highly complex scene with over 150 million polygons and 100,000 separate meshes that originally ran at 1fps even in 3ds Max (meh). After optimization for real-time rendering capabilities, we brought it to 4K 60fps in UE5, retaining all visual quality without relying on Nanite due to LED wall limitations. The hotel room scene was created from scratch in just days with Houdini, focusing on modular design, lightmap UVs and optimization best practices. This enabled us to provide the director and DOP with adjustable lighting and layouts to empower creative decisions during the shoot.
